This hardware kit includes all the necessary components you need to install a vacuum advance onto a 25D, 22D, or DM2 distributor. If your Lucas distributor is the type that uses a thumb wheel to retain the vacuum unit, this is probably the kit you need, and its not available anywhere else!
This includes the thumb wheel, tension (coil) spring, ratchet spring (that makes it click when you turn the wheel), and a clip for the end of the shaft so you can't turn the wheel too far and accidentally disassemble it.
This also happens to be the hardware kit we use to adapt the TR6 vacuum retard distributors to have a timing adjustment, for you do-it-yourselfers.
