This is a brand new HEI distributor, complete with cap, rotor, and coil. Just plug power into the "battery" terminal and go, go, go!!! This one is a bit different from the standard low-price HEI that most companies sell. This one is custom tailored to YOUR CAR! All you have to do is supply me with a Curve Worksheet from the website, filled out with as much info about your car as you can provide. Then I recurve this thing to work for YOUR setup! It has an adjustable vacuum advance, and I reset that as well as the mechanical (centrifugal) advance curve. A LOT of welding and reshaping of the upper shaft is required on this unit to get it right - it takes a full disassembly and a good hour's worth of shop time. That's normal for any aftermarket HEI distributor, no matter what you spend.

This will not fit tall-deck blocks, LS1 heads, etc... This is for a good old fashioned standard small block.
